We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Services Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to residential and commercial properties to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include but are not limited to debris removal, grass cutting, removal of damaged or unsafe items and locks replaced as needed. Must adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications
Skills:
1) Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
2) Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
3) Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
4) Comfortable using a lawn mower, hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

1) Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
2) Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
3) Strong communication skills for reporting and documentation.
Requirements:
1) Valid driver's license.
2) Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
3) Ability to drive a truck with trailer.
