We are a Portland Based flooring company looking to train and develop a dedicated individual in the skills of woodworking and refinishing. Must have valid drivers license and good organizational abilities.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities
Must be comfortable working with power tools including saws and sanders.
No specific wood working experience required.
Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds.
Job will include all aspects of hardwood floor installation, sanding and finishing along with finish trim work.
Must have strong attention to detail, pride in achieving high level results and integrity to do things right.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday with variable start and end times.
Weekends off.
Must have reliable transportation to and from company headquarters.

Compensation
Fully paid training starting at $18-20/hour depending on experience.
Scheduled raise and promotion once training is complete and skills demonstrated.
Substantial room to progress into leadership and management roles.
Learn high level wood working skills from certified craftsmen.
