Dynamic Exteriors is a growing company with year round work. We are looking for a few guys to join our team of carpenters. We specialize in Windows, Doors, Siding and framing. If you are looking for a full time no BS job this is the spot
Expectations Include:
- Show up on-time ready to work M-F
- Reliable transportation to/from job sites
- Complete W-4 and I-9
- Lift and move 50 lbs
- Be able to be on your feet all day
- Take and follow directions
- Attentive to detail
- Work inside and outside in all types of PNW weather
- Comfortable at heights and in crawlspaces
- Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods a plus
- Work in a team as well as individually
Preferably, at least 3 year of construction experience, but the right attitude and a drive to learn the trades can make up for lack of experience.
Basic hand tools expected or a willingness to quickly procure some as you see what's needed. Power tools and specialty tools provided. Bring your own boots and gloves.
Pay will be based on prior experience and demonstrated handiness during a trial period
