Drainage Technician & Laborer:
Interviewing now for position starting January 8, 2025
Valid driver's license: $20 per hour
Full time, 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday, currently 7am-3:30pm
Summer hours (Memorial Day to Labor Day) 6am-2:30pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Hand digging and installation of drainage systems in crawl spaces, basements, yards and more.
- Use and maintain tools and equipment, following proper company procedure.
- Will be expected to drive fleet vehicles and employees between job sites and other locations as directed.
- Additional duties as deemed necessary.

- Comes to work on time every morning.
- Displays good work ethic and takes pride in hard work.
- Able and willing to perform duties required on the job.
- Can take direction and criticism from others and is accountable when mistakes happen.
- Able to work in a team environment and independently without constant supervision.
- Shows good problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Practices safe driving skills.
