We are seeking a reliable, full-time Handyman for general building maintenance in the Kelso/Longview area. If you’re a self-starter with a strong work ethic, experience with power tools, and enjoy tackling a variety of tasks, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Basic plumbing, including unclogging drains
Painting and drywall repair
Roof repairs and maintenance
General building maintenance tasks
HVAC filter changing and inspection
Basic knowledge of electrical systems
Use of basic hand tools and power tools for various tasks
Driving company vehicles to job sites
Other tasks as needed to support building maintenance operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in general building maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
Experience using power tools safely and effectively
Must have a valid Washington State driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles to job sites
Must be reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
Location: Kelso / Longview area
Pay: Depends on experience
