POST-HARVEST CANNABIS TRIMMER
State of the art, vertical LED Tier II OLCC Recreational Cannabis company is hiring a full-time post-harvest cannabis trimmer.
Our ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a great attitude. This entry-level position will be 90% trimming / 10% cross-training opportunities in the garden as needed.
Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after the completion of 90-day probationary period.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Trimming, sorting, and bucking
-Plant manicuring, training, and defoliation
-Pre- and post-harvest sanitation
-Trellising, pot filling
-Facility sanitation and cleaning
-Additional tasks and cross-training as needed
Qualifications:
-Oregon Liquor Control Commission Marijuana Worker Permit
-A valid photo ID
-1+ year cannabis trimming experience required
-Must be able to trim a minimum of 1lb of A Bud flower per 8 hour shift
-Must be physically capable of working for extended periods on ladders during plant care and sanitation
-Able to lift up 25lbs repeatedly
-Strong communicator and work ethic
-Ability to work in both a team environment, and individually
-Professional, reliable, consistent
-Good attitude, self-starter, eager to learn
-Able to stand or sit for extended periods of time
Work Environment:
Our facility is nestled in a farming community with unobstructed, panoramic views of Mt. Hood
Indoor cannabis facility with rooms that fluctuate from 64-86 degrees
Must be able to handle high-light intensity (protective glasses provided)
Must be able to work on ladders up to 8’ high in our 3 tier vertical bloom rooms and vertical dry room racks
Must have valid photo ID & OLCC Marijuana Handler's Permit to be considered
Must have reliable transportation

Mon-Fri 7:00a-3:30p
-$18.00-$20.00/ hour
-Paid every other Friday
