Flawless Finish LLC is hiring for a trainable, entry level contractors assistant; some relevant experience preferred but we can train.
Also should have a desire for this experience so that we come to work motivated and making our best effort.
Good vision and high attention to detail is necessary.
We will be dealing with a variety of different tasks daily, but mainly interior paint, drywall repairs, deep cleaning and prep work in vacant apartments for property management companies, we do much more, and may pay more based on your skill sets.
You will be occasionally using your phone to document before and after photos, as well as to communicate with the team about jobs and schedules. Being proficient with your phone and texting is highly favored.
All humans of all colors and from both of the natural genders are welcomed to apply, but no face tattoos or colored hair, it does not align with our reputation.
You will need to be comfortable carrying 50 pound paint buckets, using tools and being on your hands and knees for extended periods of time. Pretty nails usually don’t last long with this work, it is often hard, and dirty, although painting can become very relaxed once you’re comfortable with it.
Looking for someone with their own reliable vehicle, not only do we travel between jobs but we will need to bring tools and paint buckets to those jobs often,
This is a very small startup company, you will not be able to text all day or hide in the bathroom.
