GREASE TRAP TECHNICIAN:
Monday – Friday
40+ hours per week
6 paid holidays a year
Medical, dental, vision insurance available
1 Week PTO after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 7 years
Pay raise within 3 – 6 months pending review
Overtime is usually available
WAGE:
$26.00 per hour with Class C License driver’s license
REQUIRED AFTER HIRED:
Medical Card - for driving truck over state lines (Non-CDL) Costs approx. $100.00
Drug test required once hired – No Marijuana use allowed while employed.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Grease removal from restaurants and other businesses using a truck equipped with a vacuum pump.
Use basic hand and power tool to remove and replace trap lids
Manage your route on a daily basis
Meet with customers and discuss issues when necessary
Trouble shoot water flow and plumbing issues

Our company has quadrupled in size since then. We are growing quickly and are currently looking to hire a grease trap technician to join our team.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Drive/ Operate truck and vacuum pumps
Pump and clean grease trap material from indoor/ outdoor grease traps
Maintain and follow route
Switch out or deliver cooking oil containers occasionally
Miscellaneous tasks & projects in plant area
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good driving record
Good attendance record
Doesn’t mind getting dirty
Doesn’t mind fluctuating hours
Doesn’t mind early morning clock-in times (3am-6am)
Able to handle smells and odors from food waste
Access to a vehicle to get to and from work
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs
REQUIRED AFTER HIRED:

BENEFITS:
PDX Sick Time – Accrues in first year, use if needed – 40 hours per year
Three month waiting period before benefits are available
Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance: We cover 50% of single base plan – Kaiser Permanente
Paid Holidays: 6 per year
After one year of employment:

Oregon Oils PTO:
Second calendar year - 12 days
Seventh calendar year - 17 days
PTO does not have cap, won’t lose it if you don’t use it
