Our phone is ringing for all sorts of property maintenance and repair from simple things like swapping plumbing and electrical fixtures all the way up to fix scale renovations.
Must be able to handle the following kind of repairs and must have a thorough understanding of most of the following
Drywall repairs and installing (including common finishing techniques)
Tile
Kitchen and bath remodels
Roof repairs
Crawlspace and attic repairs
Concrete and brick work
All types of carpentry
Decks and fences
Minor plumbing and electrical
Windows and doors
And most other general home repairs (we don't turn work down)
Qualifications
Must have a minimum of five to ten years in home or commercial property maintenance and repairs
Pass a background check
Be able to work independently and be efficient at getting things done in a timely way without management
Honest dependable and on time
Must have own transportation (you will use your own vehicle but we will reimburse your gas mileage)
Must have own tools (the common everyday stuff, including power tools okay if you don't have a few things)
