We are looking for a regular Handyman/Landscaper/Project Manager
Approximately 25 hours per week, long-term
Depending on the project, additional hours may be required.
Pay is $30/hour
We have to report this pay to the IRS, so you need to be agreeable to receiving a 1099 for tax purposes.
We require a background check.
We prefer someone who has a work truck.
Type of work: handyman and landscaping work for two residences (one in Vancouver and one in Hillsboro, OR) and a 7 acre property that is being developed. Work varies week to week.
If you have project management experience or general contractor experience, that is a huge plus.
