Hemp Seed Packaging Assistant – Sherwood, OR (Part-Time with Growth Potential)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable person to help count, pack, and prepare hemp seeds for shipment.
Starting pay is $18/hr, with the potential to earn up to $20/hr once you’ve demonstrated consistency, accuracy, and good communication. This position can grow into a higher-paying, more responsible role within 3–6 months.
You’ll be personally trained and supervised by the owner for the first few months to ensure everything meets the required precision standards — this work can’t be rushed or done carelessly.
Primary Duties:
Counting and accurately packaging hemp seeds
Labeling and organizing finished seed packs
Assisting with shipping using Stamps.com (printing labels, verifying addresses, preparing envelopes)
Writing handwritten thank-you notes for each order
Keeping workspace clean, organized, and contamination-free
Following detailed instructions and maintaining confidentiality
Ideal Candidate:
Focused, steady hands, and excellent attention to detail
Dependable and respectful of both time and materials
Comfortable with computers and basic online shipping tools
Enjoys small-batch, craft-level work done right the first time
Open to long-term growth within a clean, positive workspace
Schedule: Flexible part-time hours, typically 15–25 hours per week, in-person in Sherwood, OR.
