We are seeking an individual for general labor jobs.
Qualifications:
Reliable truck for transportation and hauling items.
Clean Criminal Record.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. including awkward objects (mattresses, dressers etc.)
General knowledge of landscaping tools and basic power tools if needed.
Ability to tow a trailer.
This job opening is for a property management company. We have multiple trash-outs of vacated units. Other duties will include bulk item removal from multiple dumpster locations, landscaping maintenance, yard debris haul away, light property maintenance (installing signs, lights, maintaining cleanliness of multiple properties and grounds), and delivering most items to appropriate location: dump, yard debris, donation center.
This is a one man team, must be a self starter and have the ability to work alone, occasionally within a teamfinish a pick list of tasks daily and commit to 8 am to 4:30 pm daily. Evening and weekend overtime is available on occasion if wanted.
