About Us
We are a couple in our 40s who both work from home and travel frequently. Our home is an open, wellness-focused environment with amenities like a pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym. We’re looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to help us keep everything running smoothly whether we are home or away.
About the Role
This is a 1099 contract position averaging 10–20 hours per week, though hours will vary based on rentals, pool bookings, or other needs. The schedule is very flexible and the focus is on maintaining a home that feels organized, welcoming, and well cared for — not just on completing tasks.
Compensation
$30/hr
Paid in cash, twice a month
Key Responsibilities
Walk through and review each room of the home to ensure it is tidy, organized, and guest-ready
Note improvements or repairs needed and coordinate with contractors or service providers
Manage the household schedule to keep things running smoothly
Handle laundry and light upkeep
Communicate with short-term renters and pool guests
Maintain the positive, wellness-centered vibe of the property
