Tidy Gnomes was founded in 2012 to bring support, community, and a little magic into people’s homes. We are a queer, women, and BIPOC-owned business providing personalized, eco-friendly, and compassionate home care. As part of our commitment to the community, we donate free cleanings to BIPOC individuals who may not otherwise have access to these services.

Role Overview:
You will provide high-quality cleaning services while helping maintain a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for our clients.

Follow company procedures for cleaning and proper handling of supplies
Pay close attention to detail to ensure a thorough and high-quality clean
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to maintain smooth, professional service
Keep cleaning tools and supplies organized and well-maintained

Compensation:
Training: $20/hr + daily mileage reimbursement, and paid drive time.
After Training: Starting at $21/hr (depending on experience) + 100% of tips + daily mileage reimbursement + paid drive time.
Requirements:
Experience: Prior professional residential or commercial cleaning.
Transportation: Reliable car, valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and smartphone.
Background Check: Conducted in compliance with Oregon law.
Availability: At least 30–35 hours per week.
