Job Title: Bilingual Commercial Cleaning Supervisor (Night Shift)
Location: Beaverton-Portland Oregon
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturdays (with a weekday off in exchange)
Pay: $24.65 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support our cleaning teams. This is a night shift position. The ideal candidate has cleaning experience, people skills, flexibility, strong leadership and communication skills, and is comfortable overseeing staff and ensuring cleaning tasks meet our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support cleaning staff during night shifts
Ensure cleanliness standards are met across assigned locations
Train new team members and reinforce best practices
Communicate with management and staff in a professional, positive manner
Maintain supply inventory and ensure proper equipment usage
Promote teamwork and a respectful work environment
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
Previous cleaning and team leadership experience
Reliable transportation to and from work sites
Ability to work Monday–Friday, plus occasional Saturdays
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule & Time Off:
If you are scheduled to work on a Saturday, you will receive a weekday off to maintain two days off per week.
Pay: $24.65 per hour
