Join us to be part of a team that values quality, craftsmanship, and community.ResponsibilitiesBuild patios, retaining walls, steps, water features, and pathways.Install lawns, plants, sprinkler systems, and outdoor lighting.Use powered and hand tools, such as backpack blowers, trenchers, skid steer, track hoe, loaders, compactor, sod cutter, shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrows.Drive a large truck to transport materials and equipment to job sites.Work Monday to Friday starting between 6:00 and 7:00 am depending on the season, with overtime during peak season. Typical workday lasts about 8 hours, but this can vary.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years’ experience in landscape construction/installation.Valid driver’s license.Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.Physical capability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds daily.CompensationStarting pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, based on experience.
