Top pay for qualified individual. Looking for individual to lead crew and maintain route of residential / commercial accounts. Also looking for helper. Must be dependable, responsible, trustworthy.
Qualifications:
-Experienced in all aspects of landscape maintenance. Ex; mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, sprays, blowing
-Experience in irrigation: ex; minor repairs; head replacement; winterization; timer settings
-Experience in leading crew and capable of working alone.
-Able to communicate well with customers, supervisor, and your assistant.
Must have:
-2+ years experience as crew leader / foreman maintaining commercial / residential landscapes. Prefer helper with experience.
-valid drivers license and clean driving record
-Experience with driving truck / trailer.
This is a hands on position.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. continuously throughout day.
Ability to operate all landscape equipment safely and effectively.
This is a 10 hour day, 4 days per week position. Mon-Thur or Tues - Fri depending on crew assignment.
Benefits and Compensation:
Starting wages of $16.00 -$19.00/hr for crew leader. $12.00 - $14.00 for helper. depending on experience
-Vacation pay accrued after 6 mths.
- 6 paid Holidays ; starts after 90 days
