Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscaping
Valid driver’s license with clean record preferred
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
Physical capability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds daily.
Compensation
Starting pay ranges from$17 to $24 per hour, based on experience. Compensation is provided on a weekly basis.

In Landscape Construction You Will:
Build patios, retaining walls, steps, water features and pathways.
Install lawns, plants, sprinkler systems and outdoor lighting.
Use powered and hand tools, such as backpack blowers, trenchers, skid steer, track hoe, loaders, compactor, sod cutter, shovels, rakes and wheelbarrows.
Drive a large truck
You’ll work Monday to Friday starting between 6:00 and 7:00 am depending on the season with overtime in the peak season. Your workday is finished after about 8 hours, but this can vary.
In Landscape Maintenance You Will:
Maintain and improve clients’ landscapes by mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and applying products as directed by the Crew Leader in a safe and efficient manner.
Use powered and hand tools, such as backpack blowers, mowers, string trimmers, shears, shovels, rakes, pruning tools, and spray packs.
Drive a truck and trailer
You’ll work four 10-hour days (with overtime in the peak season) with a team of up to 7 people. Depending on the crew, you’ll work Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, starting between 6:00 and 7:00 am depending on the season. Your workday is finished when the route is complete, which is around 10 hours, but this can be more or less.
