Landscape Construction Worker & Driver
Job Description:
We are a well established, all-phases landscaping company based in Hillsboro / Beaverton area with 45 employees. We currently have a positions open for an experienced landscape construction worker with a valid drivers license to work in one of our landscape construction crews. The position is full time, 40+ hours per week, year round. We do strictly residential landscaping and maintenance. No commercial work.
Job duties will include:
Assist foreman and journeyman in construction of Landscape construction; Paver Patios, Irrigation Systems, Fencing, Retaining Walls, Water Features, Outdoor Lighting Systems, Drainage Systems, Planting, Sod Lawns, etc.
Assure proper use, care and inventory of company vehicle, equipment and tools assigned.
Promote and maintain safe working conditions at all times.
Truck, Trailer and Shop, loading and unloading.
Skill Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish is a big plus as most of your co-workers will be Spanish speaking.
Reliable. Ability to be on time and be at work every day you are scheduled to work
Experience working in landscaping preferred but we are willing to train the right person
Your experience should be in residential landscaping, not commercial
Positive attitude, Team Player
Be drug-free and responsible
Compensation:
$18 -$20 per hour if you have a valid driver's license. Paid Weekly on Fridays. We typically work 40-50 hours per week for most of the year.
