Machine Operator, Programmers

Operators for our CNC Plate Table, Beam Line, and Plasma Machines.

Requirements:

Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age

6+ Months Experience and proficiency with:

450 ton Break Press

AKS High-Definition Plasma Head Plate Table

Robotic Beam and Profile Cutter – Automated Plasma Beam Line

EMI EL-SQRD CNC Plasma Cutting Machine

Band Saw

Geka Iron Worker

Operate and maintain production machinery, including but not limited to lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and CNC machines.

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing of components.

Set up machines according to job requirements, including loading materials, adjusting machine settings, and verifying accuracy.

Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and meet production goals.

Must Be Able to Stand for 8+ Hours a Day

Ability to Lift 65 lbs.

Knowledge of Proper Equipment, Materials and Supplies used in Steel Construction Work.

Ability to:

o Understand, Follow and Transmit Written and Oral Instructions

o Understand and Execute Drawings

o Adhere to Safe Use of Equipment and Tools

Consistently Meet Dependable Schedule and Attendance

Consistently At Work On-Time

Ability to Work Overtime, Weekly Average 50 Hours

o May Include Limited Nights and Weekends

Must Pass Required Pre-Employment Drug Screen

Must be Drug-Free

Must be Marijuana Free

Must have a Valid, Clean Washington State Issued Driver's License

Must Be Able to Work on Teams

Ideal Candidates Have:

Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.

Knowledge of machine operations and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Consistent, On Time, Attendance History

Interest in Stable Environment with Long Term Opportunities.

Can Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screen Test.

Job Type: Full-Time

Starting Salary: $22.00+ Per Hour Based Upon Certification, Skills, and Experience

Schedule:

Monday Through Friday

o Normal Shop Hours 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Normal 9 Hour Days)

o 8 and 10 Hour Shifts

o Required Overtime as Needed

o Adjusted to Needs of Business

o Occasional Saturdays
