Qualifying candidates must have their own tools and reliable transportation. The Maintenance person will be required to perform essential maintenance duties including make ready units as they turn for new renters, repairs, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance, and janitorial tasks. The Maintenance person must pay attention to detail, time management, and complete any maintenance service requests within scheduled working hours.
Daily upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas at the apartment community as needed.
Report daily to the office manager or owner directly, while working with the onsite maintenance person to handle a wide variety of duties and apartment turnovers. Must have experience with light plumbing, carpentry and electrical.
Hourly wage; dependent on candidate’s experience and between $22-$25 per hour to start. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience. Let's see what you know how to do. We work as a team because as a team, things get done.
