Apartment complex seeking full-time maintenance person. Must be a skilled painter and able to handle light plumbing, electrical work, drywall repairs, and general maintenance.
Details:
35–40 hours per week, paid hourly ($25–$35/hr DOE, no benefits at this time)
Flexible schedule
Trial period required to ensure ability to handle tasks
Requirements:
Painting experience a must
Ability to unclog sinks, tubs, and handle basic plumbing issues
Light electrical and drywall repair skills
Willing and able to work in crawl spaces when needed
Must walk the complex daily to pick up garbage and maintain grounds
Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Reliable transportation
