COURTSPORTS is a basketball court installation and refinishing company based in Camas, WA. We specialize in hardwood gym floor sanding, coating, and painting—everything from line striping to custom logos. We take pride in quality craftsmanship and doing the job right the first time.
We’re hiring 2–3 full-time employees to join our team. You don’t need prior experience—just common sense, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. If you’re dependable and looking for a solid career in a skilled trade, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Help install and refinish indoor hardwood gym floors
Sanding, sealing, recoating, and game line/logo painting
Use of power tools, buffers, and other floor equipment (we train you)
Load/unload equipment, clean job sites, and maintain tools
DETAILS:
Based in Camas, WA
75% of work is local in the Portland/Vancouver metro area
25% of jobs are out of town (company pays for rental housing—you only cover food)
Typical workdays are 8–10 hours
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to our shop or job site
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Veterans, tradesmen, or older individuals preferred
Physically able to be on your feet and lift equipment
Good attitude, strong attention to detail, and common sense
Willing to listen, learn, and take pride in your work
