On-Site Maintenance Technician

Job Title: On-site Maintenance Technician / Groundskeeper

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:$20-$22/hr

Schedule:Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM

As a Maintenance TechnicianYour Average Day will Include:

Sweep up grounds, exterior light fixtures and front entrances of buildings.

Empty trash containers utilizing trash compactor daily.

Service clean/sanitize, and supply leasing office restroom.

Clean glass partitions, and mirrors in leasing restroom.

Replace exterior building lights, fixtures, building sensors and performs other light maintenance duties as assigned.

Notify supervisor concerning the need for necessary maintenance and repairs to buildings, gutters and grounds.

Removing snow from sidewalks using snow shovels, and spread snow melting chemicals, as requested.

Perform landscape maintenance to ensure that grounds and curb appeal is well maintained.

Cleans patios, sidewalks, and walking paths and picks up leaves and litter in and around the community.

Replenishes pet station supplies.

Maintains and removes waste in designated pet areas.

Pressure wash areas within the community as assigned.
