Mr.Tree is currently looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing company.
Duties and Qualifications:
Knowledge of of the tree industry residential, logging, and commercial
Basic knowledge of different types of machinery is a plus
Attend weekly safety meeting
Show leadership and guidance to Estimators, crew members, and office staff - lead by example.
Maintaining a neat, organized yard at all times.
Provide optimal customer service.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Must perform various administrative duties.
Must have good oral and written communication skills, job task planning, and organization.
Complete any required daily project reports with all the information and ensure all operations are correctly captured.
Resolve any conflicts.
Perform quality control & improve performance in all areas.
Ability to work under pressure at times.
Monitor inventory of yard supplies and purchase orders as necessary.
