Part Time Janitorial Positions -Days

Building locations are in SW, SE & NE Portland
Shift is up to 34.5 hours per week - depending on transportation.
Compensation: $16.50

Duties include, but not limited to:
-Restroom cleaning
-Trash removal
-Sweeping, mopping
-Dusting
-Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
-Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required
-Outdoor cleaning including light leaf blowing, clearing debris, cleaning entry ways.
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
-Must have a vehicle to service multiple buildings
-Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
-Must be able to lift and/or carry items up to 35lbs.
-Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
-Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
-The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
-Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
-Contribute to the overall team effort. Dependable and on time.
