We are looking for a part time, about 20-25 hours a week, person to do apartment maintenance at two of our Vancouver properties. Sometimes there will be a need for more hours to be worked as well.
This can be a physically demanding job. Duties include but are not limited to: Painting, minor plumbing, minor carpentry, landscaping/planting, general cleaning, furniture removal, flooring, changing light fixtures and plates, installing doors and the other routine tasks associated with apartment maintenance.
Experience preferred.
Starting pay is $18 per hour, more if you have solid and verifiable apartment maintenance experience.
We work Monday through Friday 9-6, weekends only on emergency basis. Schedule can be a bit flexible during those days and times.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check. No phone calls.
