I have been cleaning for 18 years and have more business coming in than I can handle by myself. I need someone to help me with new business as it comes in. You will start at $15 per hour. As soon as you are cleaning to my standards and are able to work without direct supervision, you will be paid a flat fee for each job. For a cleaner of average speed, this should work out to about $20 per hour. A faster cleaner could earn up to $30 per hour. You must maintain quality standards and take care to handle the customers possessions safely. As my business grows, I will be needing a trainer/supervisor and someone to handle the scheduling and bookkeeping. There is real opportunity here.
