Job Description
We are seeking hard-working, detail-oriented, and motivated people to join our team! This is a full-time pest control technician and/or sales position located in Hillsboro, OR. We are looking for individuals that can be productive working in a team environment but also excel working at an individual level.
Responsibilities include:
Running a daily route where you will be resolving customer pest concerns and issues in a professional manner
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining truck and equipment in proper working order
Keeping accurate records of treatments provided
Collecting payments for services rendered
Mixing, applying, and working with pesticides in accordance with Oregon State and Federal laws
Schedule is Monday-Friday, occasional Saturdays, 8:00a-5:30p
Qualifications:
No pest control experience necessary; Must be able to obtain a General and Structural Pesticide Applicator Licenses by passing three state administered exams.

A clean driving record is required
No more than three moving violations in the past 3 years
A background check will be performed on all new hires
Must be at least 18
Compensation:
$17 / Hour – Trainee with no certifications or licenses
$18 / Hour – Trainee with an Apprentice License
$20 / Hour – Partially Licensed Field Technician (General License)
$22 / Hour – Fully Licensed Field Technician (General and Structural License)
Bonus' are based on total production (see management for details)
