In this role, you will be essential in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our properties through routine maintenance tasks and efficient repairs.
We have an opening for a Maintenance Technician at a property complex in Portland. The successful candidate will work independently, conducting regular inspections and repairs of common areas, facilities, equipment, and recreational spaces. Additionally, the technician will liaise with contractors for significant repairs or renovations. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.
