Requirements
-18+
-Valid driver’s license and reliable car to drive to job sites in the McMinnville area
-Availability during our work hours, M-F 8:30 am- 4:30 pm
-Previous cleaning experience preferred
-Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently as a member of a team
-Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
-Ability to handle physical demands including walking, standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment
-Background check
Job Description
As a member of our cleaning staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of residential homes. You will work as part of a team to provide top-notch cleaning services and be expected to follow specific cleaning directions to meet each client’s individual needs.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.).
Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and other areas as required.
Follow detailed checklists and instructions provided by the cleaning team and clients.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Report any maintenance or repair needs identified during cleaning.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition.
Adhere to all health and safety protocols.
