Position Available: Water or Fire - Lead Technician
Responsibilities:
Respond to emergency service calls, including nights and weekends, on a rotating schedule.
Conduct water extraction, pack-out contents, and remove non-salvageable materials.
Perform light construction demolition and set up drying equipment.
Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Learn and implement techniques for remediating mold, lead, and other hazardous materials.
Qualifications:
Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to work in environments affected by fire, water, and wind damage.
Ability to follow instructions and retain job process documentation.
