We are a small in home care company located in Battle Ground, WA and we are seeking a male to provide companionship care for an elderly gentleman with dementia. This includes, but is not limited to, walking outside to locations such as mcdonald's for distances up to 1 mile, possible light housekeeping, remind and encourage to perform exercises etc. Position is morning to early afternoon monday, tuesday, thursday, and friday for a total of 22 hours per week.
Requirements:
- must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time
-comfortable working with people
-comfortable working with little to no supervision
-PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
-have a valid drivers license and insurance
