We are seeking several detail-oriented and dedicated Carpet Shampooers to join our team. As a Carpet Shampooer, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of carpets and upholstery using our specialized cleaning systems. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Operate specialized carpet shampooing equipment according to company procedures.
Perform thorough cleaning and shampooing of carpets and upholstery in residential and commercial settings.
Inspect carpets for stains, spots, and damage prior to cleaning.
Apply pre-treatments to carpets and upholstery as needed.
Move and replace furniture as necessary during the cleaning process.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Uphold company standards of cleanliness and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related field preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy furniture.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
