Job Description:
Washes dishware from the restaurant, banquet, and room service outlets, through the use of the dish machine.
Cleans the kitchen including food service carts, walk-in coolers, freezers, and loading dock area.
Washes pots, pans, and other equipment which must be washed by hand.
Maintains the dish machine.
Sweeps and mops the kitchen floor as necessary to maintain a sanitary environment for food preparation.
Remove all garbage, boxes, etc. from the main kitchen and purchasing area as necessary.
Maintains food and beverage service equipment in an organized manner.
Plates hot banquet food as required.
Compensation:
$16.28 per hour and dishwashers also make TIPS!

Schedule:
Part Time & Full Time available
This is a 24-7, 365 day a year hospitality position that is open during nights, weekends and holidays. A flexible schedule that can move between shifts and days as needed is highly desired.
