We are seeking an experienced Crew Leader / Lead Tradesperson with strong proficiency in at least one specialty trade—Electrical, Plumbing, or HVAC—and the ability to perform that trade independently without supervision. We specialize in full-house residential remodels. This role involves working across multiple trades; experience in more than one trade is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Independently perform work in your primary trade (electrical, plumbing, or HVAC)
- Lead and direct a helper while keeping projects on schedule
- Follow approved scope of work, plans, and applicable code and inspection requirements
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and job-site organization
- Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to management
Requirements:
- Strong experience in at least one specialty trade with the ability to work independently
- Residential remodeling experience preferred
- Reliable, responsible, and capable of leading a helper
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Basic English communication skills preferred
Location: Portland, OR (Projects primarily in NE & SE Portland, with occasional work throughout the Portland Metro area)
Pay: $35–$60 per hour, based on experience
