Hourly Rate: Base rate of ($21.00/hour) Additional wage premium and production bonuses available with potential to raise average wages up to approximately $33.00/hour (if work performance criteria is met).

Our Order Selector Team at United Salad Co., our Order Selector team plays a vital role in our success. As a team member, you'll have the opportunity to participate in daily pallet-building challenges, like a game of Tetris. Our voice-picking technology (Vocollect) will direct you to picking locations and instruct you in picking tasks, making the job both exciting and efficient. Qualifications
18+ years of age
Previous warehouse or physical labor experience required
Open 7 days a week/ Must have weekend availability
Comfortable with operating powered industrial equipment
Ability to repeatedly lift weights ranging from 40 to 70 pounds
Ability to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift
Basic comprehension of the English language
Able to work in a chilled/wet environment between 34°-55° Fahrenheit
