We are looking for a Warehouse Receiving Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes accountability, and enjoys building structure and efficiency in a growing operation.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Receiving Manager oversees all inbound materials, equipment, and FF&E for commercial projects. This role ensures accurate receiving, documentation, staging, storage, and communication so crews can execute projects on time and without disruption. You’ll be the central hub between the field, project managers, vendors, and clients.
What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee all receiving operations including checking in freight, FF&E deliveries, equipment, and crates.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation using CompanyCam, Google Suite, and internal tracking tools.
Ensure quality control: inspect items on arrival, report discrepancies, and coordinate resolutions with project management.
Plan and maintain warehouse layout for safe, efficient storage and quick retrieval.
Coordinate outbound staging for crews—tools, materials, carts, equipment—ensuring readiness for daily deployment.
Manage warehouse workflow, scheduling, and safety compliance.
Communicate proactively with PMs, clients, and field supervisors on delivery status and material availability.
Train and oversee warehouse assistants/temporary labor as needed.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in warehouse receiving, logistics coordination, or operations leadership.
Strong organizational skills and a track record of bringing structure to dynamic environments.
Experience with FF&E, commercial relocation, or construction materials is a plus.
Comfortable with digital tools (Google Suite, CompanyCam, mobile apps, inventory systems).
Able to lift/move 50+ lbs and navigate a commercial warehouse environment.
