All Star Labor and Staffing is seeking a Water Mitigation Tech for a Restoration Company in the Portland Metro/ Vancouver area.
We’re looking for a motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented individual who’s ready to grow with our team.
Responsibilities:
-Inspect, evaluate, and document property damage
-Perform water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage cleanup
-Demo, framing, siding, roofing, drywall, and finish carpentry
-Maintain and clean restoration equipment
-Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
-Work safely, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Background in fire/water/mold remediation and structural drying
-Construction skills: siding/trim, framing, roofing, decks, windows/doors, finish carpentry
-Knowledge of building codes & standards
-Strong communication and computer skills
-Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, able to lift up to 100 lbs
-Trade/technical school training a plus
Schedule and Pay:
Monday–Friday (8-hour shifts)
Pay ranges: $19-$26 DOE
