Seeking an attorney who wants to join our firm. Although we can help train, experience is preferred. Must be able to work professionally and effectively with a variety of distressed clients and work as a team to edit documents. We practice personal injury law, landlord/tenant, criminal defense, and police misconduct.
Attorney pay is 50% of gross revenues Employee earns for company offset by wages and benefits advanced as detailed by an employment agreement. The employer pays overhead out of the other 50% of gross revenue, including but not limited to, office space, advertising, client litigation costs, and phone. A VPN is set up so some work can be done from home, but in-office is preferable. We have an in-person weekly meeting over lunch to confer about cases.
