Attorney – Commercial Litigation (Portland)
Sussman Shank LLP, a Portland law firm, is seeking to add an experienced, full-time associate to our Litigation practice.
Applicants should have:
A minimum of 3 – 5 years of litigation experience;
Significant experience in drafting state and federal court pleadings, and in handling discovery-related matters;
Strong academic or professional credentials;
Active Oregon State Bar membership;
Washington State Bar membership is a plus.
Strong work ethic;
Excellent attention to detail.
