Our Oregon law firm, comprised of two attorneys and three assistants, is looking for a motivated attorney to join our team managing a high volume of violation hearings each day.
What You’ll Do:
Represent clients in a fast-paced docket of violation hearings across Oregon.
Conduct hearings mostly remotely with some in-person appearances depending on courthouse demand.
Work from home while collaborating with a dedicated team of two attorneys and three assistants.
Gain hands-on courtroom experience and develop your skills in a supportive, high-volume environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Oregon attorney (no prior experience needed — comprehensive training provided).
Comfortable managing a busy schedule with multiple hearings daily.
Professional, client-focused approach.
Interest and flexibility in a hybrid hearing format (mostly remote, some in-person as needed).
Compensation:
Starting pay of $65,000 per year with strong potential for growth.
