Seeking a part-time legal assistant/office assistant (15-20 hours per week) to assist with bankruptcy petition preparation (this is primarily data entry work: entering creditor information, paystubs, etc. into the bankruptcy software); fee itemizations; and general office work (filing, consolidating files, etc.). The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and conscientious. It is not essential to have a paralegal certification or paralegal degree or have worked in a bankruptcy law firm or any law firm before, but, of course, that would be helpful. This is not a remote position.
