We are seeking a new team member to join our Estate Settlement (probate) team in the role of Legal Assistant. This role is important as it models the firm’s purpose and values by providing excellent service and care to our clients.

Overview of Role
As part of the Estate Planning team, you will provide support by handling the administrative and clerical duties needed to move work accurately and efficiently through the team’s workflow process. In addition to exceptional customer service, individuals who can handle multiple focuses, are curious and willing to learn, responsive to requests, and detail-oriented will excel on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Professional communications with clients on the phone and in writing;
Preparing pleadings, accountings, correspondence, and other related items;
Maintaining information in PracticePanther, our Client Relationship Management system;
Participating in client meetings;
Administrative duties such as scanning, filing, building client binders, and mailing;
Supporting our Client Service team as needed, which may include occasionally answering the phone and greeting clients.

Compensation & Benefits
Schedule: Full-time, in-person at our Vancouver, WA office
Hourly Rate: $20–$25, depending on qualifications, skills, and experience
