Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of each case and provide regular updates to clients.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and prepare cases for demand.
- Prepare settlement statements and negotiate medical bills and health insurance liens.
- Draft discovery requests/responses.
- Schedule hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Ensure compliance with trial orders and deadlines.
- Review medical records and prepare summaries/chronologies.
- Prepare materials and exhibits for mediation and trial.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working on Oregon cases is required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A calm, professional demeanor, even in high-stress situations.
- The ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
