We are building a marketing team from the ground up and are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help. You will assist controlling and maintain our websites, social media and asset production working to create and update content & assets for our products and pushing that data to our sites, social media and dealers. We are looking for a person who has great creative design and presentation capabilities. A person who can brainstorm user experience, storytelling and outside of the box thinking. Most of all, a self-motivated doer. A button poker, do it yourselfer.

We work 4/10 Hour days 7:00am-5:30pm M-Th. Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Responsibilities
This position will require a varied skill set, including: the ability to juggle multiple projects with prioritization and attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency.
You should enjoy suggesting creative designs and layouts of marketing materials. You should be a go getter, a person who searches out information and looks forward to cross-department communication to find answers.
Candidate qualifications
You should be courteous, professional & friendly. A good sense of humor is imperative at this company.
You need good organizational skills and a high degree of problem-solving abilities
Some college experience though a BA is preferred
Ideal candidate qualifications include
Understanding of html, web architecture, basic coding is best as you will spend a lot of time in the CMS of our website,
Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in social media and digital media
Strong writing, editing, proofreading and layout/design skills
Familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator preferred
Bonus Points
Experience with Google Analytics
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
Experience Social media advertising platforms and analytics tools
Graphic design and video production experience
Advanced copy-writing and copy-editing skills
Compensation
$35 $45k, based on experience.
