Effective Web Solutions has an exciting, dynamic opportunity for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The specialist will devise and lead cutting-edge social media strategy for EWS and our clients, creating effective lead producing campaigns providing consultation, best practices and guidance.
This position will create and oversee campaigns, projects and produce results across various social media platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
Emphasis is placed on getting real leads by creating campaigns, building new audiences and increasing visibility, calls, and form fills.
The Social Media Marketing Specialist conducts research, monitors trends and analyzes success against goals and competitors and provides ongoing recommendations. This person will work diligently to make sure the client is happy while maintaining this as a profitable resource for marketing for EWS.
This position reports to the General Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage the development and execution of social media strategies, campaigns, and promotions using tools like click funnels and active campaign, zapier etc.
Be the voice of EWSs social media channels and lead conversations as well as overseeing day-to-day community management (monitoring feedback, moderating comments, and responding to inquiries).
Client reporting and monthly calls with clients
Identify and analyze key metrics and insights to benchmark and assess results of campaigns.
Research changing and evolving trends in social media platforms (i.e. latest changes in social media features and emergent sites and applications) and modify strategy accordingly.
Maintain and update EWSs social media guidelines, standards, policies, tools and tutorials.
Build and maintain relationships with strategic industry partners and subject matter experts.
Minimum Qualifications
2-3 years experience with social media and paid integrated marketing (not boosted posts), actual ad campaigns with landing pages, options, follow up sequences etc.
Extremely familiar with FB business manager, pixels, target marketing, custom audiences etc
Proven track record of getting leads through paid marketing and success implementing social media initiatives.
A comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and the interactive nature of web, social, mobile and email marketing.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and principles, social media trends and emerging digital technologies.
Appreciation and passion for the new media landscape and the ability to evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spelling and grammar are critical
Deliver weekly and monthly KPI reports to communicate performance trends and developments.
Assist sales with new business development as necessary.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams and management.
Self-starter with strong team and consensus-building skills.
Communicate frequently and openly with manager on problems, successes, partner concerns, etc. There should be no surprises.
Ability to manage multiple projects, varying in nature, and handle a fast paced, deadline-oriented culture.
Accountable, honest, organized, positive, team player, and solution-oriented.
Preference given to anyone who also possesses these skills:
Current adwords certifications in at least fundamentals and search
proven track record in adword campaign management
familiarity with running adword campaigns using custom landing pages
familiarity with click funnels and setting up email sequences
Build systems, cast studies, and documentation to improve efficiency and help sales.

Position is located in Vancouver, WA and reports to the general manager. Work hours are M-F 8am-4pm. Pay range $15-17/hr DOE
