Have you recently worked at GISI, Documart, Minuteman Press, Alphagraphics, FedEx Kinko's, Staples or Office Depot Print Departments? Or any other high paced print company?
We are currently looking for a full time Customer Service Representative with print experience.
We are a successful company that is very busy. Can you work with interruptions? Answer the phone, reply to an email, and help a customer almost simultaneously? Is multi-tasking second nature to you? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment? Can you handle the pressure of deadlines?
Candidate must recently have a minimum of 2 years at a print company. Excellent organizational and communication skills a must. Must be a team player who is willing to help in a variety of tasks.
You will be responsible for helping customers formulate their printing needs . Quoting different types of projects from offset to digital. Answering emails and writing up job tickets.
