Bullseye is seeking a full-time versatile person who will enjoy being a valued member of our glass fabrication team.
Ideal candidate: You are a well-organized team player who pays close attention to detail and takes pride in efficiently executing tasks to high standards. You are a problem-solver with a strong sense of art and design and possess excellent communication skills. You are flexible, willing to work hard, get dirty, and then clean up. You will train on the job with other members of the Bullseye team, students, teachers, and world-class artists as they perform process and materials research. You will have a bachelor’s degree preferred in Painting, Printmaking, Sculpture, Glass or Architecture
Ultimately you will make finished works in kiln-glass and document your methods and results. Hands-on experience in the arts, trades, and/or basic scientific/laboratory technique is extremely helpful. Experience w/Mac, PC, Word, and Excel a +. Valid ODL a must. Helpful skills: 3-D Modeling such as SketchUp, and Auto Cad a plus.
