We posted a similar ad 3 months ago and got over 50 responses and decided to expend the mural project to 4 areas. We selected 4 artist and got 2 amazing artists murals and fostered great professional relationships but the other 2 artists flaked so we are looking for mural artists again.
Please DO contact us again even if you have already done so months ago the whole experience was very overwhelming. But PLEASE, serious inquires and none flaky artists ONLY; I am an artist myself I can just do it on my own but want to give this opportunity to others to show case their work in a public gathering space and give positive contributions to our neighborhood.
Area 1: Courtyard facing bar cart, mural to be on 2 sides, dim is 6' by 6' and 10' by 6'h
Area 2: Street facing metal trash enclosure on 3 sides, 5' by 6'h (each side)

Mural must be done 2 weeks after physical commencement of the project and before Oct 15th. If you can not adhere to the above please do not waste your time. Please be Portland local or willing to travel if from out of town and we will not be able to reimburse for travel expenses.

We have the space for your creativities and this would make a great addition to your portfolio. Art and design students or none offensive graffiti artists welcome as this is a family place. We have some initial conceptual ideas but would totally respect and open to your creativities. This would be a fun project, all materials, paint, rollers brush provided and there is a small $500 stipend.
